Your MINDSET determines your MOOD >>> your THOUGHTS manifest into BEHAVIOUR, ACTIONS, and WORDS.....🙌🏻😝
Its true....think about it! You only say, act, and behave in a certain way because you're THINKING a certain way! I've been learning SO much over the past few years about this topic and working REALLY hard to make CONSCIOUS efforts to question WHY I`m saying or doing something when I`m in that "GAWD I don't like when I'm like this" feeling....you know, the one that you CANNOT seem to get out of when you're in it....you just keep ranting and venting, making it worse and worse???
Ok maybe I'm alone in this......but maybe I'm NOT?😂
Maybe YOU, like ME, find that your mind can get so bogged down and foggy with all the "stuff" on your plate.....and instead of just DOING....you THINK and get so flustered that your mood goes SOUTH and you just spiral into "pissed off at the world" mood. 🙈
I've been employing a STRATEGY to overcome this for a few years now, and NO, NOT always, cause I STILL fly off the handle on occasion (Shaun.....dont you dare comment 😜lol).....but, I KNOW, when I've been spending TIME working on my MIND, filling it up with POSITIVE words, energy, and STUFF, that I'm calmer, I'm more calculated in my THOUGHT processes and in turn, I'm more stable, happy, and positive in my behaviours, actions, and words.
You see, its all connected.....when you're able to STOP the behaviours, actions and words at the STARTING POINT.....THE THOUGHTS.....you can take the SAME situation and see something TOTALLY different.
You can take a single experience and flip it ENTIRELY on its head and have a POSITIVE outcome instead of a downright sh%tty one🙌🏻
SO, next time you're stuck in a "mood" ask yourself.....How can I change my THOUGHT process to see this differently? How can I find something POSITIVE in this? How has this experience provided me with something that, otherwise, I wouldn't have seen? or noticed?
PERCEPTION is everything.....and what you PERCEIVE can change SO drastically if your MINDSET is focusing on POSITIVE instead of the opposite 💖
