Thanks for stopping by my site! Regardless of how you found me, I know first hand how awesome it can be to truly connect with the coach you choose to work with. So let me tell you a bit about me and my philosophy.
I'm a wife of 12 years to my husband Shaun. Together we have 3 girls, ages 9, 7, and 4. We live in Canada, having just recently relocated to West Kelowna, British Columbia. I went through to be a high school Geography and English teacher, but have been a full-time online health and fitness coach for almost 8 years.
I now work in an online classroom (challenge groups, accountability groups), where I not only connect people with world-class fitness and nutrition programs, but provide quality care in my personal coaching, diving deep into YOU, where you're at RIGHT now, and providing solutions to best suit that, and your goals, both long and short-term, as we work together. Make no mistake though, when you work with me, you will always be reminded of the importance of the inner work!
Your body is but a vessel, a container that carries who you are as a person. I want to see you not only transform that vessel by helping you to commit to and stick with a sustainable healthy lifestyle, but by helping you to transform your inner self.
THIS IS LIFE - this is not about what we look like - its about how we FEEL, and how we show up for ourselves and our people on the daily! I want to help create awareness surrounding the areas of your life that could use some work (the things that cause you stress, anxiety, depression, struggle, fatigue, conflict), and help you to grow through what you're going through as you progress throughout your journey!
This journey does not have a destination, so the sooner you ditch the notion of the idea of "failing" or "quitting" the sooner we can carry on. This journey is lifelong. It is ongoing, and never static. There will be ups and downs and twists and turns as you progress through the various seasons of your life. The sooner we fall in love with that, the fact that those are all part of the process, the sooner we can silence the negative self talk, step into our greatness, and simply continue working on making progress and being the healthiest, happiest version of ourselves.
We all have a day one! We all have a starting point! And its from there that we grow, build self-esteem, gain momentum, and really see results and changes in our lives.
