How do I feel about myself every day?
How do I feel when I put my clothes on?
How do I feel when I look in the mirror?
How do I feel when I start my workout?
How do I feel when I run into someone I haven't seen in a long time?
How is my energy?
How is my sex drive?
How is my self-image?
How is my self-esteem?
Chances are, you had to stop and think about at least one of these, and chances are that you KNOW you could improve upon at least ONE of these areas.
Ask yourself.....have I been doing my best to change the outcome of these feelings? Have I been consciously making an effort to stay away from junk food? Have I been consciously making an effort to get my workouts done? Have I been seeking out any excuse in the book to forego my workout?????
Change WILL NOT happen if you don't consciously ACT on a daily basis. YOU and YOU alone have the choice to make a change in your life.....YOU and YOU alone have the ability to consistently make efforts to improve upon areas of your life that you're not satisfied with. YOU and YOU alone can be the change you want to see with daily actions performed consistently!
