or are you doing the workouts and then hiding out to munch on junk "because you worked out" saying that you deserve it or earned it????
You are not a dog.....you are not rewarded by food.....food is fuel for your body....your body that is working hard to make positive physical changes for you.......DO NOT be the barrier to your own success......DO NOT put in half assed efforts and sabotage your results.

Your workout is only as good as the food on your plate. You CANNOT outrun your fork PERIOD. Take a good hard look at your efforts and then take a good hard look at your results.......
Do the two line up??? if you're doing the workouts and eating healthy food to help fuel your body the results should be happening........and if they're not.....there's a reason......
