If you STOP thinking about this "thing" as a destination and start seeing it for what it is......LIFESTYLE CHANGE....you may see that its not nearly as HARD as you're making it out to be!
Stop overthinking and finding every reason in the book why you can't start NOW and just start making small changes! like right now! instead of your regular night time snack......SKIP IT and have water or opt for some veggies instead and if you dont want the veggies then i guess you're not hungry!
You already know what "quitting" feels like, so stop f&cking quitting on yourself. This is a culmination of a few things.....thinking better about yourself.....loving yourself a little more.......DOING instead of THINKING about why you CANT.....the amount of time you THINK about why you should or shouldn't DO IT, could be better spent just getting shit done!
So, what are you gonna change? what are you going to implement TONIGHT to start back on this path to a healthier you?
10 minutes of leg lifts and crunches with some pushups while you watch your show tonight? a better night time snack? more water now and as soon as you wake up?
