Sometimes, no matter how hard we try to keep it together, we just seem to fall apart.
It's ok to be vulnerable. It's ok to sit and cry. It's ok to feel overwhelmed and stressed out or feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders. It's HUMAN and it's natural.
I work with PEOPLE every single day, and we are complex beings with wide ranges of emotions, abilities, strengths, and weaknesses.....we are able to learn from each other through the ups and the downs and support each other through life's many highs and lows.
Some days, weeks, or months are easier than others.....and you're never alone in your struggles.....sometimes it just takes letting someone IN and having someone LISTEN to help you get it out and start moving forward.
Take the time to let it out....vent, cry, reflect, assess, and determine how you can start picking the pieces back up to put yourself together again. Piece by piece.....baby steps.....and bit by bit, you'll find yourself gaining strength and stability.
