It's sometimes SO hard to keep going when we work so hard but don't think anything is changing......we eat healthy, we workout, we feel great but then the scale doesn't move or the measuring tape doesn't change.......
Those two things do NOT identify whether your skin has tightened and converted that fat to muscle .......the tape may not change but the underlying "stuff" does.
All of this is a process....and I can assure you that giving up will do NOTHING to help you reach your goals and you will fall back into that slump of self-destruction and depression about the way you look and feel!
CHANGE is happening NO MATTER WHAT if you're conscious of what you're eating and you're staying active PERIOD!!!! Trust in the process!
