WHAT IS FIXATE?
Let's cover the basics....Fixate is a Cookbook designed by 21 Day Fix creator Autumn Calabrese. She's taken her color-coded container system for measuring perfect portions and applied them to 101 of her FAVE family recipes. These meals are healthy, tasty, kid friendly, and include Paleo, gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian recipes (and allows for Shakeology).
Autumn includes tips on meal preparation shortcuts, upgrading leftovers, and stocking the kitchen with the RIGHT foods that will help you reach your goals!
This cookbook can be used to accompany the 21 Day Fix or 21 Day Fix Extreme programs (or any other Team Beachbody programs), but can also be purchased on it's own to help you establish an effective system for measuring portions and helping you get your nutrition on track. IF you have previously purchased the FIX, and have the containers, great news, you can get the book ON ITS OWN. For those of you who have NOT ordered anything to do with the FIX before, you can order FIXATE along with all of the color coded containers to accompany the system.
HOW MUCH is it?
You will have TWO options:
1- the FIXATE book on its own
2 - the FIXATE book + the color coded containers (HOW TO USE the containers including which caloric intake bracket you are in are NOT included with this....refer to the eating plans from 21 Day Fix, 21 Day Fix Extreme, or Portion Fix for details. If you do NOT have the guides already, it is recommended that you order the PORTION FIX system and then the FIXATE cookbook to accompany it)
