What is COUNTRY HEAT?
Country Heat is a high-energy, low-impact dance workout set to COUNTRY MUSIC BABY!!!!! It's so super fun, and has you sweating BUCKETS. The routines are each 30 mins long and they're filled with easy-to-follow dance moves, done two at a time and strung together
