80 DAY OBSESSION IS BROKEN UP INTO 3 PHASES
Phase 1 is kind of a getting to know you phase. It starts with basic movements that help you learn the structure of the program, focus on form and get familiar with the loops and strength slides, which are two amazing fitness tools that were totally new to me a few months ago but now will forever be part of my fitness accessories because they work and they’re so convenient.
Phase 2 builds on what you’ve learned and the confidence you’re starting to gain and adds in more compound movements. This is the phase where you really start to push yourself. There is a lot more weight work and it will challenge you every workout, every week, to see just how much you can grow.
Phase 3 is where Autumn really steps it up a notch. She takes all the exciting compound movements that keep your workouts so interesting, fun and challenging and keeps your body always guessing and then she adds plyo (otherwise known as jumping), which I’m not gonna lie….I HATE! But guess what? The strength you built in the first two phases will show up and suddenly plyo won't sounds so awful
While 80 days sounds like a lot, the workouts fly by. No 2 days are the same. If the exercises don’t change the rep scheme and weights do. So your body is always guessing. You never get comfortable. You never know exactly what to expect. It's basically just like showing up to a personal training session and getting a new workout every day. You'll never get bored!

Up until now we have been told how many of each container to have per day, but now its even MORE specific .....now its what and WHEN, specifically laid out for you with a workout block and then 3 floater meals.
It may be a bit overwhelming at first, but I ASSURE you that it actually makes FOOD SIMPLE. If you prep in advance you're SURE to be successful! It may take a bit more time if you're unfamiliar with the little colour coded containers that we use in other programs for portion control, BUT, once you get them down, and work with the established timed nutrition PLAN, it all goes smoothly.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW
- Trust the process. You may want to question it but TRUST it. We tested it for 80 days with a variety of KINDS of people in various stages of LIFE and some nursing moms, some brand new moms, some men, women, and of varying ages. We had some with specific conditions and ailments YOU NAME IT. We worked out the kinks, reducing the deficit cause many of us were STRUGGLING HARD to make it much more doable and less HOLY COW I WANNA EAT PEOPLE AND THINGS.
- You may want to start weaning off of sugar NOW so that it's not a HUGE adjustment when you start! This will make for a more enjoyable first week
- This is going to be VERY different for the MAJORITY of people, not just as far as workouts go (they're intense and use a bunch of new equipment that takes time to get to know) but also with nutrition. GET READY to be challenged.
- Do your calculations and FOLLOW the plan AS LAID OUT. Recalculate ONLY between phases, as indicated. If you have the containers but have not been using them, I suggest getting used to them NOW so there's LESS stress in getting used to the TIMED nutrition portion
- DRINK Shakeology - not only is it the HEALTHIEST meal of the day, but its a brainless RED that you don't have to think about - your daily dose of dense nutrition that will help you in SO many ways. TRUST ME.
- SELF CARE is really critical for this program. If you don't get regular massages, you may wanna factor that in. OR plan to have many baths with epsom salts, use your hot tub, or do additional stretching, or foam rolling! Your body may be screaming (the good pain) for many of the 80 days.
- MAKE SURE YOU GET a GOOD night's rest. AND I mean, AIM for 8 hours a night. FOR REAL. If you really want to get the MOST out of this program, you're going to NEED the muscle recovery time overnight.
- PLAN PLAN PLAN - plan your day, your week, everything in advance and NEVER leave your house WITHOUT FOOD. If you plan to do this to a T, you're gonna need to PREP for success. I used a spreadsheet and colour coding in it to make sure i knew what colours i needed and WHEN and then WHAT i was going to eat with each meal! I will be sharing sample spreadsheets in the challenge group! I GOT YOU ;)
- USE THE PERFORMANCE LINE - Energize (pre workout) hydrate (BCAAs), Recovery (post workout protein) and RECHARGE (overnight muscle repair)

Challenge Group - Expectations
I will be running the 80 Day Obsession CHALLENGE GROUP IN my existing Facebook Accountability group, MY TIME FOR CHANGE.
If you are not YET in that group, please request to join ASAP
Upon LAUNCH of the challenge group, I encourage you to jump in AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, commenting on others' posts and then sharing your own accountability in the group! Some will share videos (which is strongly encouraged) and others will share photos, and some aren't quite there yet, and will simply share text. The more uncomfortable you are with your posting, the BETTER. THAT is where TRUE growth exists and real lasting CHANGE happens. You will get out of it what you put into it. Those who INSERT themselves INTO the community tend to really gain momentum and begin to make progress toward their overall goals.
