I used to drink coffee and smoke cigarettes all morning until about 1pm when I would eat my first meal of the day. I've been there and now truly understand the importance of treating food as fuel!
SO many people skip meals and don't realize how significant an impact it has on weight loss. Always keep your metabolism running at an optimal level by eating small, frequent meals......divided up evenly between when you wake up and when you go to bed and ALWAYS remember to REFUEL POST WORKOUT, no matter WHAT time you workout!

NEW YEAR....a NEW, fresh chance to START OVER.
Whether you've SAID you will do it and NOT done it, or whether you started and STOPPED.....it's never too late to dust off and start over. Instead of setting RESOLUTIONS....why not set GOALS and determine WHAT you NEED to do in order to achieve them.
